Can I remove the cups?

This design does not use removable cups. Support comes from the fabric layers and construction, so there are no inserts to adjust.

Can I wear this as an everyday bra?

Yes. The support level and comfort make it suitable for all-day wear, not just training. Many women wear it under regular clothing.
